I had a lovely stay and appreciated the friendly communication regarding check-in. The location was perfect—just a short walk from Yumoto Station—and I enjoyed the spacious bathroom. The cozy futon was a delightful touch after a day of exploring.

missingWrote a review on Nov 04heavy luggage
No elevator access forced handling heavy luggage down multiple flights of stairs, making check-out a bit of a trek. The lighting near the bed was annoyingly bright, and the luggage storage operated on a first-come, first-serve basis, causing potential hassle. Additionally, lacking in-room kettles meant sharing with others, and the shared microwave situation didn't include plates, leaving breakfast options extremely limited.

Perfect Place for a Family Escape
The location was ideal, just a five-minute stroll from the station, and it was cozy for my family, everyone had their own space. We also loved the lounge clothes provided and that pizza they had downstairs, I mean, it was delicious! Nothing like a good slice after a long day.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by various shops, though most close early. The spacious bathroom featured a sizable tub, which was a nice touch, and the provided lounge clothes added comfort to the stay. However, the check-in process was entirely self-service, with no staff presence, which may not suit all guests. Additionally, the absence of an elevator made carrying luggage up the stairs cumbersome, and some amenities, like the bathroom bathtub, had operational issues during the stay.

I had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying the spacious bathroom with a huge tub and the very comfortable bed. Just a heads up, the sound insulation wasn't the best.

It was just a suitable option for a brief weekend stay in Hakone, great for the money. The check-in instructions were simple and hassle-free. If you’re okay with no lift, level two rooms are manageable.
